# Ayruz Ads MCP Privacy Policy

Ayruz operates Ayruz Ads MCP, an advertising operations tool for authorized agency users. This policy explains how the application accesses, uses, stores and shares information when it connects to advertising accounts and prepares reports, account checks and proposed changes.For questions about this policy or your data, contact [marketing@ayruz.com](mailto:marketing@ayruz.com).## Information the application accessesWhen an authorized user connects a Google Ads account, the application may access account identifiers and settings; campaign, ad group, ad and asset information; budgets and bidding settings; keywords and search terms; destination URLs; conversion configuration; change history; and performance measures such as spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and reported call counts.The application also processes OAuth credentials needed to maintain the authorized connection, operational logs, reports, findings, proposed changes and approval records. Google handles sign-in and consent. Ayruz Ads MCP does not ask users to provide their Google password.Where separately authorized for a client engagement, the reporting workflow can combine advertising information with business records from ServiceTitan or supplied exports. These may include call dates and durations, booking and job status, invoice information and completed-job revenue. Caller numbers in authorized source records may be processed for exact matching; the normalized matching records use keyed, non-readable identifiers instead of raw caller numbers. These identifiers remain protected data and are not treated as anonymous.## Why we use this informationWe use connected-account information to:- Check account delivery, spending, conversion tracking and advertising destinations.
- Produce performance reports and identify missing or inconsistent data.
- Reconcile advertising activity with authorized business outcomes.
- Prepare recommendations and specific changes for human review.
- Apply separately approved changes where that capability and permission are enabled.
- Maintain records needed to investigate errors, verify actions and support the service.Scheduled monitoring reads account data. It does not authorize changes to advertising accounts. Account changes require a separate approval process.## Storage and securityThe application collects and stores operational records in local workspaces on the operator's computer. Google OAuth credentials are stored separately from application code and report files, with operating-system access restrictions. Connections to Google and ServiceTitan use HTTPS. Each connection is subject to the permissions assigned in the corresponding platform.Report outputs omit credentials and direct customer identifiers. The normalized operational archive excludes customer names, raw caller numbers, addresses, call recordings and free-text customer notes. Original client-supplied source files may contain personal information and are handled separately from shareable reports.Local execution does not mean that all processing stays on the computer. The AI-assisted processing described below can involve external services. No storage or transmission method provides an absolute security guarantee.## Access, sharing and AI-assisted processingRelevant information is available to authorized personnel working on the engagement and to client representatives entitled to receive the corresponding reports. Access is limited to the purposes described in this policy.The workflow uses OpenAI Codex to assist with analysis, explanations and preparation of recommendations. Selected advertising metrics, account findings, report content and proposed changes may be transmitted to OpenAI for those tasks. Credentials and direct customer identifiers are excluded from this reporting and analysis output. Provider processing and retention depend on the applicable service terms and account configuration.Google processes authorization and API requests. ServiceTitan processes requests when that connection is separately enabled. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or when necessary to investigate misuse or protect the security of the service.We do not sell connected-account data or provide it to data brokers. We use Google API data for the account monitoring, reporting and approved management functions described here, in accordance with the [Google API Services User Data Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including applicable Limited Use requirements.## Retention and deletionWe retain operational information for the reporting, reconciliation, support and audit purposes of the relevant engagement. Retention depends on the record's purpose, the engagement's requirements and any applicable legal obligations. The application does not automatically delete all records when a reporting window closes or when access is disconnected.You can request deletion of information held by Ayruz by contacting [marketing@ayruz.com](mailto:marketing@ayruz.com). We will verify your authority over the account, review the records covered by the request and arrange deletion of records that no longer need to be retained. If any records must be retained, we will explain the applicable reason and scope. Deletion from external services follows their available controls and applicable retention arrangements.## Your choicesYou can revoke the application's Google authorization through your [Google Account connections](https://myaccount.google.com/connections). Revocation stops further access under that authorization, but does not automatically erase records already collected. You may also ask Ayruz to disconnect the integration, correct inaccurate records or provide information about the data held for your account.Disconnecting or deleting application records does not itself delete campaigns or other records from Google Ads or ServiceTitan.## Website visitsThis policy covers Ayruz Ads MCP and its connected-account workflow.
