# Ayruz Ads MCP Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Ayruz Ads MCP, operated by Ayruz. By using the application, you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a business or client, you must be authorized to act for that organization.## What the application doesAyruz Ads MCP supports advertising account health checks, performance reporting, analysis and preparation of proposed changes. It is intended for authorized agency users working on accounts they are permitted to access. It is not a public, self-service advertising platform.The application connects to Google Ads through Google's authorization process. Business outcome reporting may also use separately authorized ServiceTitan connections or supplied exports. Access to one platform does not authorize access to another.## Authorization and account changesYou are responsible for having permission to connect each account and provide any supporting business data. Granting Google OAuth access establishes a connection; it is not blanket approval to change campaigns or spending.Scheduled monitoring reads account data. Changes to budgets, bids, advertising destinations, campaign status or other supported settings require explicit approval of a specific proposal. An approved change must also satisfy the application's current permission and validation checks before execution. Revised, expired or materially changed proposals require a new approval.Future features that make unattended account changes require a separate agreement and authorization. Availability of an API permission does not itself authorize its use.## Your responsibilitiesYou agree to provide accurate information about the accounts and services involved, protect your login credentials, and review proposed changes before approving them. Notify [marketing@ayruz.com](mailto:marketing@ayruz.com) if you suspect unauthorized access or an error that could affect an account.You must not use the application to access another party's information without permission, bypass access controls, misrepresent a business or service, or carry out activity prohibited by applicable law or the connected platform's rules.## Reports and recommendationsReports depend on the information available from connected platforms and supplied sources. Data may be delayed, incomplete, revised or unavailable. Advertising conversions, matched enquiries, bookings and completed revenue measure different events and may not reconcile directly.AI-assisted analysis may help explain findings and prepare recommendations. It can contain errors and requires human review. Recommendations do not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, rankings, cost savings or return on advertising spend.## Availability and third-party servicesThe local workflow depends on the operator's computer, network connection, credentials and connected services. Scheduled checks are periodic and do not provide continuous protection against spending, tracking or routing problems.Google, ServiceTitan and OpenAI operate their respective services under their own terms. Changes to their APIs, permissions, availability or policies can affect the application. We may restrict or suspend a connection when necessary to address a security issue, an access problem or suspected misuse.## Data and confidentialityOur [Privacy Policy](https://ayruz.com/ads-mcp/privacy) describes the application's data handling, including local records and AI-assisted processing. Information supplied for an engagement is used for its authorized reporting, support and account-management purposes.You retain your rights in the information you provide. Using the application does not transfer ownership of your advertising account to Ayruz.## Fees and advertising costsAny agency or service fees are governed by the applicable written engagement agreement. Advertising spend and any third-party service charges remain separate from those fees. These terms do not establish a subscription price, refund period or performance guarantee.## Disconnecting or ending useYou may revoke Google authorization through your [Google Account connections](https://myaccount.google.com/connections) and contact Ayruz to stop the integration or request deletion of retained records.Disconnecting the application does not pause campaigns, stop advertising charges, reverse completed account changes or automatically delete existing reports. Those actions require their own appropriate requests and permissions.## Applicable rights and changesNothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a separately signed engagement agreement expressly addresses a service matter differently, that agreement governs that matter, subject to applicable law and connected-platform requirements.We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated before they apply to ongoing use.
