Prior to its relationship with Ingram Micro Commerce & Fulfillment Solutions, Libratone handled its B2B and direct-to-consumer fulfillment in-house. When the company decided to expand its product line and focus on the future of personalization all the way through the fulfillment process, it felt secure with Ingram Micro’s global capabilities.
While Libratone celebrated exponential growth, space and resource constraints began to present operational challenges.
